Job summary

Werres Corporation is seeking an Industrial Equipment Mechanic to troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on forklift and related equipment at customer sites.

The role includes training to become a Raymond Certified Technician (Basic, Level 1, Level 2, Master). Field work is common, with a 40+ hour workweek and a company vehicle for travel.

Qualifications

• Analyzes breakdowns and recommends action to customers.
• Maintains professional demeanor and promotes goodwill with customers.
• Performs repairs/modifications to correct issues and improve performance.
• Performs scheduled maintenance per policy.
• Prepares accurate service call documentation.
• Follows safety rules and disposes hazardous waste properly.
• Maintains inventory in the service van.
• Keeps van clean and hazard-free.
• Maintains valid driver’s license and uses personal tools.
• Adheres to customer safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
