Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Oil Service Technician I to install and service our bulk cooking oil management equipment across locations. You will perform installations, training, and routine maintenance while ensuring safety and quality in every job.

Based in Hazelwood, MO, the role features four 10‑hour shifts (Sun–Wed, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM). You may operate a DOT‑regulated vehicle and work night installations as needed with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and able to operate a DOT-regulated vehicle.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team and solve customer installation/service issues.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and electrical duties with safety focus.
• Strong customer focus and positive handling of challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet service labor goals, first-time-right, and 5S standards.
• Comply with local/federal requirements including DOT, OSHA, HACCP.
• Maintain parts and paperwork in service vehicles and records.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance and satisfaction.
• Provide training and coaching to customers on the system as needed.
• Use iPhone apps for parts, notes, and clocking in/out.
• May include night installation work; schedule varies with demand.
