Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience servicing office equipment, copiers, printers or similar technology preferred.
• Background in basic networking, electronics or related mechanical work is a plus.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair and servicing of office technology equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Manage assigned parts, tools, vehicle, laptop and cell phone.
• Set up new equipment and assist with installation and networking as needed.
• Travel out of state for training if necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
