DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites. You will install, configure, and test equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and provide friendly, reliable on-site support.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a service team.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Manufacturer certifications or hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment (copiers, printers, multifunction devices).
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support onsite.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive service team.
