Job summary

Natus Neuro is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, maintain, consult, train and service the Neurology product line at assigned accounts. The role requires frequent travel and onsite work, with collaboration across installation teams and territory support.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of field service experience with medical devices, strong IT/networking knowledge, and excellent customer communication skills. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s or Higher degree from an accredited college or university.
• > 5 years of relevant field service experience performing installations, training, and troubleshooting. Medical Device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• > Install, maintain, consult, train, and service the Neurology product line at contracted accounts.
• > Perform onsite service and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot PCs, networks and hardware/software.
• > Build strong customer relationships and manage service calls to resolution.
• > Complete all paperwork and CRM data entries; assist installation team as needed.
