Job summary

Natus Neuro is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, service, and train on the Neurology product line at contracted accounts. The role requires extensive travel and onsite work, with support rotations for territory service activities and project installations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of field service experience with medical devices, and strong IT skills including Windows, server, and network concepts, plus familiarity with Citrix and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Higher degree; required.
• 5 years of relevant field service experience; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to lead technical planning discussions related to server builds, application hosting, and customer IT infrastructure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain neurology installations at contracted accounts.
• Perform onsite service and preventive maintenance on installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PCs, networks and proprietary hardware/software; escalate when needed.
• Provide basic customer training during installation or training sessions.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation in CRM and other systems.
