Job summary

Natus Medical in Boston, MA is seeking a Field Service Territory Specialist to install, maintain, service, and support Natus Neurology systems within an assigned territory. You will work independently and with project teams to perform service, preventative maintenance, and customer training, ensuring high-quality performance and compliance with company standards.

The role requires strong technical execution, ownership of customer outcomes, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience performing installations, maintenance and troubleshooting (medical devices preferred).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to own territory outcomes and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory workload, priorities, and customer commitments.
• Perform onsite service, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Installations planning and site readiness validation.
• Provide basic customer training during service engagements.
• Maintain CRM documentation and compliance with Quality System procedures.
