Henderson Group in Minneapolis–St. Paul seeks a union field technician to test and maintain electrical power equipment across the upper Midwest.

The role offers union benefits and a pension, with openings from Level I to IV. Expect 50–75% travel, relocation available, and competitive hourly pay between $40.43 and $53.91. You'll mentor apprentices and support outages and emergency calls.

Qualifications

• NETA certification or relevant electrical experience on the way to certification.
• Experience with power factor or HV testing preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Valid driver’s license & a clean driving record.

What you'll do

Pay & benefits:

$40.43–$53.91/hr. Daily overtime after 8 hours and double time after 10. Union medical and dental, union pension, per diem and hotel covered when traveling.
