Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a union field technician to service electrical power equipment across the upper Midwest. Openings range from Level I through IV and involve testing, inspection and maintenance of critical switchgear, breakers and transformers.

You will travel 50–75% with per diem and hotel covered when traveling; a valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. NETA certification or progress toward certification is expected.

Competenze

• NETA certification at any level, or relevant electrical experience on the way to certification.
• Experience with power factor or HV testing preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Mansioni

This is a union field technician role testing and maintaining electrical power equipment across the upper Midwest, with union benefits and pension. Openings run from Level I through IV.

What you'll do

Pay & benefits:

$40.43–$53.91/hr. Daily overtime after 8 hours and double time after 10. Union medical and dental, union pension, per diem and hotel covered when traveling.
