Job summary

PowerX in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 1) to assist technicians with basic measurements, test equipment setup and removal, and basic acceptance/testing tasks while prioritizing personal safety.

You will perform basic electrical measurements under supervision, ensure equipment is maintained and properly stored, and support project teams with accurate data and responsive customer service. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training a plus.
• Must pass background/MVR check and drug testing.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and removing test equipment for various testing activities.
• Perform basic electrical measurements under supervision of senior technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of test equipment and tools.
• Record and report measurement data accurately.
• Support organizational goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
