Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 1) to support electrical testing, measurement, and equipment setup across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service while traveling to client locations and supporting ongoing projects.

You will assist with basic measurements, test equipment setup, and maintenance, ensuring data is recorded properly and equipment is kept in good condition. This is a hands-on role in a growing power infrastructure services firm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove test equipment for various testing activities.
• Perform basic electrical measurements under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of test equipment.
• Record and report measurement data accurately.
• Travel up to 50% of the time and assist with on-site field work.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
