Job summary

POWERX is hiring a Field Service Technician (NETA 1) to support basic measurements, test equipment setup and removal, and routine maintenance testing. The role emphasizes safety while performing these activities and requires travel up to 50%.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 30-hour certification, and strong customer service and communication skills. POWERX offers competitive pay and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree from a 2-year technical college or trade school preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED; Power DB training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and removing test equipment for various testing activities.
• Perform basic electrical measurements under supervision of senior technicians.
• Record and report measurement data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of tools and equipment.
• Support other tasks as required to meet business needs.
