Job summary
GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customer sites across Greensville, SC. You will troubleshoot, repair, install and upgrade high-speed cash-handling equipment, track parts and communicate progress to customers to minimize downtime.
This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lb, and willingness to travel to multiple sites with occasional on-call requirements. GLORY provides comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate with shift differential
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient with personal computers and email/Office tools.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Experience repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment.
- 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
- Repair and install GLORY equipment at customer sites.
- Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance.
- Manage parts/tools and perform hardware/software upgrades.
- Adhere to safety policies and complete required training.
- Travel to customer sites within assigned territory; participate in on-call rotations.
