Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis; train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level and complete paperwork accurately.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work; follow service procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and inventory; pass all Raymond certifications as applicable.
