Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician for our service team. You will repair and service equipment, maintain strong customer relations, and represent the company while meeting productivity and safety standards.

The role requires travel within territories, a valid driver's license, and ability to work overtime. Compensation reflects hourly pay with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Must be a team player and able to work with peers.
• Must follow safety procedures and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells.
• Update training and skills on an ongoing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain profitable billing levels.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with Field Supervisor.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Explain options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory and a clean vehicle.
• Pass Raymond Certification and re-certification as applicable.
