Job summary

Cencora is seeking a field service professional to support our Micro Weigh Systems and related technologies. The role requires travel within an assigned territory, with overnight travel and weekend coverage as needed.

You will perform installations, maintenance, and customer training to ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication, and can read electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and operate computer-based software.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service and support of Micro Weigh Systems and related technologies.
• Install parts, perform electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication.
• Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites and maintain accuracy of dosage settings in system software.
• Train customers on equipment operation, inventory control procedures, and FDA guidelines.
