Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding and fabrication.
• Experience with feed yard operations helpful.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and influence with customers and sustain relationships with integrity.
• Preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service and support of Micro Weigh Systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving across installed systems.
• Installation of parts, electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication.
• Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites.
• Operate the Micro Weigh System software per nutritionist/veterinarian specs.
• Train customer staff on equipment operation and inventory control and FDA guidelines.
• Update FDA files for customers and train on same.
• Educate customer management on new products and programs to drive sales.
• Cover Emergency Service Calls and participate in rotation for holidays/weekends.
