Job summary

Mwiah is seeking a field service specialist to support Cencora’s AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the US. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, installation, and training at customer sites within a 50-mile radius of Williamston, MI.

The role requires wiring/plumbing/welding skills, read electrical diagrams and possess a health card. Overnight travel is expected 25% of the time, with weekend coverage on a rotation basis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical wiring, plumbing, welding and fabrication.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs and travel with overnight travel.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable.
• Ability to read English and basic computer skills.
• Health card required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and sustain relationships.
• Provide preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service.
• Install parts, perform electrical, plumbing, welding, fabrication work.
• Transport equipment to customer sites.
• Train customer staff on equipment operation and FDA guidelines.
• Maintain FDA files and update as required.
• Cover emergency service calls and holiday/weekend rotations.
• Travel within territory; overnight travel 25%.
