Job summary

Abel Womack, Inc. is seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team in Westborough, MA and surrounding area. You will install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and related material handling equipment in a customer-facing, field setting.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensors, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems.
• Ability to read schematics, maps, blueprints, manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks along with working on warehouse storage systems, conveyors, carousels, and other automated material handling equipment
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges
• Apply and grow your mechanical and technical skills through continuous training
• Submit electronic work orders efficiently using a company-provided tablet
• Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and excellent customer service
