Job summary

Abel Womack is seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team in Saugus, MA, working on Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and related material handling equipment. This full-time role includes a company-issued service vehicle, extensive technical training, and strong support within a well-established dealer network.

You’ll travel the territory, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience on electric vehicles and automated equipment.
• Own basic mechanic tools; specialty tools provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges with customers.
• Apply and grow mechanical and technical skills through training.
• Submit electronic work orders using a company tablet.
• Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and customer service.
