Job summary

Abel Womack is seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team in Concord, NH. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and related material handling equipment in the Concord area.

The position offers a company-issued service vehicle, extensive technical training, and clear opportunities for career growth. You will troubleshoot with customers, work independently in the field, and submit service orders on a tablet.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
• Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensor technology, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems (a plus).
• Ability to read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
• Ability to communicate regularly with team members, parts reps, technicians, dispatch, and customers, required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional demeanor and build positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Must provide your own basic mechanic tools; specialty tools will be provided.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks along with working on warehouse storage systems, conveyors, carousels, and other automated material handling equipment.
• Work directly with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges.
• Apply and grow your mechanical and technical skills through continuous training.
• Submit electronic work orders efficiently using a company-provided tablet.
• Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and excellent customer service.
