Job summary

motan Inc. is seeking an experienced service technician in the US to diagnose, repair, and maintain plastic handling systems. You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and control issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document actions for customers. Travel and remote diagnostics support are part of the role.

You will train customer personnel, communicate clearly, and adhere to safety protocols while supporting customers by phone, email, and in-person visits as required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years working with similar equipment.
• High school diploma or technical certification.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience with plastic resin handling systems(vacuum conveying, drying, dosing& mixing) is preferable.
• 2 to 5 years working with similar equipment.
• High school diploma or technical certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
• Troubleshooting electrical and pneumatical issues.
• Active listening to understand customers’ needs.
