Job summary

ID Technology is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician based in the Philadelphia area. This position focuses on the installation, demonstration, maintenance, and repair of marking, coding, and labeling equipment, ensuring superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electro-mechanical equipment, strong communication skills, and the ability to be on the road 60% of the time. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to identify customer needs and match solutions with company products/services.
• Computer literacy, especially with MS Office; Syteline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, maintain, and repair marking, coding, and labeling equipment.
• Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms.
• Keep current on trends from both market and technical perspectives.
