Job summary

P.E. LABELLERS North America is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide technical support and service to customers, particularly in the western U.S. You will travel frequently, offering training and assistance for labeling machines.

The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and good communication. Comprehensive benefits are offered alongside a competitive salary range of $15.50 – $42.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in custom machine manufacturing or mechanical repair/maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand complex engineering designs, including wiring schematics.
• Able to travel 85% of the time and work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations to install, start-up, maintain, and troubleshoot labeling machines.
• Train customers’ operators on setup, operation, change-over, and maintenance.
• Prepare and submit detailed trip reports.
