Job summary

All-Fill, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Technician to join the Service Department.

This hands-on role installs, commissions, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains packaging equipment at our Exton, PA facility and at customer sites across North America, with occasional international travel. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, experience with industrial automation and PLC controls, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
5–7 years experience with industrial machinery, automation, packaging equipment preferred.
Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site service, installation, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance for All-Fill packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues remotely via phone, email, and other communication methods.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC/control system issues.
Travel to customer facilities in the United States and internationally to support installations and startups.
