Job summary

The Hillman Group, Robotics & Digital Solutions (RDS), is seeking a Field Service Technician to service kiosks across Boulder, CO. This field-based role requires up to 80% travel by plane or car and involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and on-site repairs to ensure uptime.

You will manage inventory, install new kiosks, and collaborate with retail partners to optimize performance and customer experience while building strong relationships in the field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record required.
• Reliable transportation with active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and restocking of kiosk machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair kiosks to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to service calls and perform on-site repairs.
• Install new kiosks and replace or upgrade existing equipment.
• Monitor kiosk performance and resolve connectivity or power issues.
