Job summary

The Hillman Group's Robotics & Digital Solutions (RDS) team is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain kiosks across the Buffalo area. You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, manage inventory, and build strong retailer relationships to keep the kiosks running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation with active automobile insurance.
• Comfortable using hand tools and troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a service territory.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and restocking of kiosk machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair kiosks to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to service calls and perform on-site repairs.
• Install new kiosks and replace or upgrade existing equipment.
• Monitor kiosk performance and proactively resolve connectivity or power-related issues.
• Manage inventory and replacement parts within your assigned territory.
• Partner with store personnel to maintain strong business relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue through better machine placement, optimization, and service execution.
