The Hillman Group's Robotics & Digital Solutions (RDS) team is seeking a Field Service Technician in Boulder, CO. You will maintain and service kiosks like Minute Key and EcoATM across a 70+ kiosk territory, with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and restocking of kiosk machines
• Troubleshoot and repair kiosks to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction
• Respond to service calls and perform on-site repairs
• Install new kiosks and replace or upgrade existing equipment
• Monitor kiosk performance and proactively resolve connectivity or power-related issues
• Manage inventory and replacement parts within your assigned territory
• Partner with store personnel to maintain strong business relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue through better machine placement, optimization, and service execution

About The Role

You'll be responsible for a territory of 70+ kiosks throughout the Boulder area. This role combines technical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and customer relationship building to ensure our kiosks remain operational and profitable.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field service, maintenance, merchandising, or related experience
• Electromechanical repair and maintenance experience
• Retail field operations experienceExperience diagnosing and resolving mechanical or technical issues

Work Environment

This is a field-based role that involves daily travel between customer locations. No two days are the same, and you'll work in a variety of retail environments.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly
• Occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and driving
• Daily travel throughout the assigned territory, which may include driving up to 200 miles per day
