Job summary

NRT Technology Corp. in Ohio is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to support ATM and gaming hardware at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance with a focus on service quality.

Requirements: 2+ years in IT/tech repair, strong communication, PC literacy, and ability to read technical documentation. An associate’s degree in a technology field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT, mechanical or electronic related work; associate degree acceptable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• PC literacy and ability to interpret technical documentation; knowledge of ATM industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Incident Handling: troubleshoot HW/SW failures using diagnostic tools.
• Preventive Maintenance: perform routine checks and refill consumables.
• IMAC/R: install, move, add, change, remove hardware/software as directed.
• Customer Training: educate customers on hardware/software usage and maintain quality service.
• Process Tasks: brief dispatch on incidents and update accordingly.
• Continuous Improvement: identify problems and suggest improvements.
