Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician I to install and service our equipment at customer sites, primarily in Denver. The role covers installation, preventive maintenance, and on-site training to ensure optimal product performance.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with DOT safety rules. Competitive hourly pay, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits support career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and able to operate a DOT-regulated vehicle.
• Ability to work in a team and solve customer issues during installation and service.
• Capable of basic mechanical and electrical duties and physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Install and maintain Restaurant Technologies products at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure product performance.
• Train customers on system operation and features as needed.
• Maintain vehicle parts, supplies, and paperwork in accordance with DOT and internal standards.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely service.
