Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a Service Technician to install, inspect, and maintain equipment for our clients in the Florida area. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and document service reports while ensuring safety standards are met.

You will train customers on operation and upkeep, collaborate with engineering and support teams, and travel or work on-site as required. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in technical service are preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• 1–3 years in technical service, maintenance, or repair.
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain equipment per specs and safety standards.
• Diagnose problems and implement timely solutions.
• Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on-site or remotely.
• Document service reports and parts used.
• Provide customer training and support on operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain tools, parts, and service vehicle in good condition.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and procedures.
• Work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
