Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in secondary packaging equipment or similar.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong service time-management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial packaging equipment.
• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Provide face-to-face customer service and communicate repair status.
