Job summary

Brady Industries, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair equipment at the Brady Service Repair Center or on customer sites.

You will troubleshoot, perform scheduled maintenance, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely repairs while keeping detailed paperwork. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar environment, with mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong communication, and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing floor care equipment, auto scrubbers, vacuums and electrical systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical school desired.
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar environment.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer care skills.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers equipment or repairs on-site.
• Provides customer training on the use and maintenance of service equipment.
• Follows safety guidelines and company safety policies.
• Follows up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains a service van and its inventory.
• Processes paperwork after repairs and maintains professional appearance.
