Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to install and service our advanced equipment across food service locations. You will train customers through troubleshooting and servicing, handle installation for new customers, and service existing customers with repairs and maintenance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving a DOT-regulated vehicle, and occasional night installations. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DOT-regulated vehicle operation; pre-employment drug test.
• Positive result for controlled substances disqualifies applicants (including marijuana).
• Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist and reach.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Restaurant Technologies products safely, timely, and accurately.
• Meet and control service labor goals, first-time-right, and 5S standards.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, HACCP and all local/federal requirements.
• Maintain parts and supplies in service vehicles and complete paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Provide training and coaching to customers on the system as needed.
• Use iPhone apps for parts, notes, and clocking in/out.
• Night installation work may be required based on demand and schedule.
