Job summary

North American Refrigeration is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our field team. You will travel to customer facilities across the United States to install, repair, maintain, and test industrial refrigeration equipment, ensuring systems run smoothly and safely.

You will diagnose issues, perform start-ups after projects, and communicate resolutions to customers while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree or relevant experience.
• CIRO/CARO certifications preferred.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test equipment.
• Diagnose issues and communicate resolutions to customers or Service Manager.
• Complete pump-outs and start-up equipment after construction projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers and keep them informed about service progress.
