Job summary

Piovan UnaDyn is a leading producer of auxiliary equipment for the plastics processing industry, seeking a field service professional to support customers with technical guidance and service at installations. You will learn and convey detailed equipment information, read schematics, and efficiently use SAP and CRM tools to manage orders and service notes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and multitasking abilities, with experience or education in mechanical/electrical engineering

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; 5+ years of industrial equipment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and software diagrams.
• Familiar with microprocessor controls and programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
• Learn and disseminate technical information related to Una-Dyn/Piovan equipment.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings and system diagrams to troubleshoot.
• Learn SAP and other programs to locate orders and enter service data.
• Occasional travel to customer facilities.
• Maintain manuals and documentation.
• Assist Engineering with lab testing as needed.
