Job summary

HYTORC is seeking a field service professional to travel within the assigned territory, performing repairs, calibrations, and technical consultations on hydraulic and pneumatic torque tools. You will support customer relationships, ensure safe operation, and maintain equipment and inventory.

The role requires hands-on mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to train customers and coordinate with branch teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical/technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout your territory to call on regular and prospective customers to repair and calibration needs.
• Provide technical consultation addressing application challenges.
• Address customer needs and issues including troubleshooting and maintenance of tools.
• Adhere to safety standards and schedules for repairs and calibrations.
• Provide reporting to Branch Manager on schedule updates and activities.
• Support territory managers for growth of sales and service opportunities.
• Check in inventory to ensure parts and tools are available for customers and maintain records.
• Ensure vehicle safety standards through scheduled repairs and maintenance.
