This field service role travels the territory to support customers, perform repairs and calibrations, and act as a technical consultant on hydraulic, mechanical, and manual tools. Strong communication, problem solving and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical/technical experience.
• Excellent technical, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• A safe, preferably covered, space at or near your home to keep the van overnight.
• Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the territory to call on customers, perform repairs and calibrations, and provide technical consultation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and manual tools, pumps and equipment.
• Adhere to company processes, safety standards and schedules for repairs and calibrations.
• Provide reporting on schedule updates, tasks completed and market information.
• Work with service team members, engineers and customers to meet daily repair requirements.
• Support territory managers for sales and service growth.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure parts and tools are available for customers.
