Job summary

HYTORC in the United States is seeking a Service Technician to travel the assigned territory, build customer relationships, and manage tool repair and calibration needs.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and manual tools, perform maintenance, document repairs, and coordinate with the branch team for timely service.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience, a valid driver’s license, and a safe space at home for the van.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years hands-on mechanical/technical experience.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• A safe space at home to park/keep the van overnight.
• Strong technical, communication, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout territory to call on customers for repairs and calibrations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic and manual tools and pumps.
• Adhere to safety standards and branch schedules.
• Provide weekly task and repair reports to the Branch Manager.
• Collaborate with service team and customers to meet demand.
• Support territory managers in sales and service opportunities.
• Verify inventory and maintain records for parts and equipment.
• Ensure vehicle safety through scheduled repairs and maintenance.
