Zusammenfassung

CV-Tek, a division of Midera, is seeking field service technicians to install, start up, maintain and repair industrial packaging systems across North America. You will diagnose and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues at customer facilities, train operators, and generate detailed service reports.

The role requires up to 80% travel, including overnight trips, with frequent interactions at customer sites and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifikationen

• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
• Experience with OEM equipment, industrial machinery, automation, packaging equipment, or capital equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Install, start up, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues at customer facilities.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing CV-Tek professionally.
• Complete service reports and communicate findings to management and engineering teams.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to resolve technical issues.
• Assist customers both onsite and remotely with troubleshooting and support.
