Job summary

Biesse in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heavy capital equipment at customer sites across industries. You will apply mechanical and electrical knowledge, travel 100%, and deliver hands-on training to customer staff.

You will document service activities, diagnose issues, and collaborate with customers to ensure peak performance. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential, with a full benefits package and overtime

• Experience with Mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment
• Customer Service - Providing hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance.
• Technical Abilities - Analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
• Dependability - Conducting on-site service interventions, collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Attention to Detail - Maintaining detailed service reports to ensure accurate documentation of all service activities.
• Collaboration - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities
