Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain compressed air equipment. This full-time role requires hands-on work, strong diagnostic skills, and collaboration with the service team.

You will travel within a 3-hour radius daily to customer sites, performing preventative maintenance and on-call support as needed. The position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow with a global leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience troubleshooting industrial/mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• On-call availability; first 90 days not on-call, then on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinator to order parts and supplies for installations and repairs.
• Assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Support preventative maintenance, diagnostics, audits, and leak detection.
