Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an Onsite Service Technician in Washington, DC to join our expanding Technical Services division. This role provides field service, troubleshooting, and repair of client devices with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction.

The position requires electro-mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided via certified instructors, and the role involves driving to client sites and delivering

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits, and reading electrical schematics to troubleshoot systems.
• Superior time management and reliability; punctuality mindset encouraged.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; MVR check included.
• Active role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, squatting and driving most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and ensure devices are running correctly.
• Repair devices using electro-mechanical skills; Xerox offers training by certified instructors.
• Aim for productivity goals: calls, efficiency, response times, and cost control.
