Motorola Solutions is looking for a field- or IT-enabled specialist to support ASTRO systems for U.S. Federal Government customers. You will upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain complex communications systems on-site and remotely, working with Motorola teams to ensure service quality.

Role requires networking, cyber security basics, AD administration, and strong communication skills, with a path toward security certifications and clearance within 18 months.

Qualifikationen

• Experience upgrading and troubleshooting ASTRO systems.
• Knowledge of networking, cyber security, and AD administration.
• Familiarity with RF and data infrastructure concepts.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site and remote upgrades and troubleshooting of ASTRO systems.
• Administer IT-type environments and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers and Motorola teams.
• Perform maintenance of server hardware/OS and software infrastructure.
• Document activities and provide weekly reports.
