NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians for Amarillo, TX. This role supports large retailers and financial institutions by installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.

The position requires local residency, a valid license, and willingness to travel within the territory. You will participate in NCR Atleos training programs and collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Local candidate to the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands‑on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
