Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Pottstown, PA to service printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform installations, and manage schedules while delivering hands-on support.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, continuous learning, and building expertise across Toshiba’s office solutions. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with a competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
