Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. in Pottstown, PA seeks a Field Service Technician II to support customers across the assigned territory.

You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and service multifunction printers and related office technology, ensuring high availability of critical devices in business environments. As a hands-on technician, you’ll train customers, manage calls, and maintain shop components while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude are essential.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers and copiers at customer sites.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Manage service calls and schedule efficiently based on priority.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training.
• Document service activities accurately and follow safety policies.
