Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support customers in the Pottstown, PA area. You will maintain, repair, install, and upgrade office technology, including printers and copiers, across customer sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong electro-mechanical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license is required. This role offers an hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending and lifting as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, and retrofits
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventive maintenance
• Complete required trainings and document activities accurately
• Document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
