Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Metrology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in calibration, metrology, maintenance, qualification, or similar environments.
• Experience as Field Service Engineer or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in calibration, metrology, qualification, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Provide mentoring and training to field personnel and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and regulatory documentation.
