Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Field Service Engineer I/II to perform calibrations and repairs on small laboratory instrumentation, including pipettes and balances. The role involves travel to customer sites and maintaining service documentation.

Candidates should have a two-year science degree and 0–3 years of field service experience, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory. Monday–Friday, full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related science field plus 0–3 years field service experience.
• Experience calibrating pipettes and/or balances.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations, preventative maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment.
• Travel to customer sites for field service and PMs.
• Maintain personal parts inventory and complete reports promptly.
• Follow GDP, SOPs and safety guidelines; ensure training is current.
